Creamy Cannabis Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

Is there anything better than a hot bowl of soup on a chilly night? This delicious Creamy Cannabis Chicken and Gnocchi Soup's rich flavor will melt in your mouth. Loaded with powerhouse veggies like spinach, carrots, and mushrooms, it's full of body boosting nutrients. Combined with cannabutter, this soup is the ultimate comfort food.

๐Ÿด Serves: 8 servings

Ingredients for Creamy Cannabis Chicken and Gnocchi Soup: 

  • 3 tablespoons butter (1 tbs. cannabis butter + 2 tbs. butter)

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 ยฝ cups half-and-half

  • 1 ยฝ lbs. of chicken

  • 1 cup diced onion

  • 1 ยฝ cup diced carrots

  • ยฝ cup diced celery

  • 3 minced cloves of garlic

  • ยผ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 ยฝ cup fresh spinach

  • ยฝ cup diced mushrooms

  • 1 package potato gnocchi (16-17 ounces)

  • ยผ teaspoon nutmeg

  • 3 cups of chicken stock

  • salt and pepper to taste


In a large pan grill chicken in olive oil with onion and garlic over medium heat. Dice the chicken once it has finished cooking 

Next, melt the butter (1 tbs. cannabis butter + 1 tbs. butter) over medium heat. Slowly add in the flour. Whisk this mix for 2-4 minutes

Add the chicken stock and milk to your mixture. Continue whisking until smooth. Add in a dash of salt and nutmeg

Combine the chicken with your sauce along with mushrooms, celery, carrots, spinach, and gnocchi

Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. The gnocchi should be cooked and the sauce thickened

Let the soup set for at least 5 minutes before serving
