🍃 Prep time: Approximately 30-35 minutes

🍴 Serves: 2-4 (4 wraps total)

INGREDIENTS FOR Savory pita pot wrap:

  • 2 pieces of pita bread cut in half (Tip: Whole wheat pita bread is best for both taste and health)
  • 1 finely chopped red ripped tomato
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 well-rinsed and finely chopped bunch of spinach (Health Tip: spinach is high in niacin and zinc, protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, calcium and magnesium)
  • 1 freshly sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sweet paprika
  • 1 ½ tsps. of cannabis oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly crushed black pepper as per taste
  • 1lb. chicken
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lemon or lime

Directions:

Grilling the chicken

Place a pan with olive oil on the stove at medium-high height.

Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken and place it in the pan.

Add the chopped garlic cloves.

Cook the chicken for about 15 minutes. You will need to flip it every 5 minutes. The sides should be golden with no pink in the center. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, drizzle lemon or lime on top.

Preparing the Wrap

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place pita halves in the oven for 2-4 minutes. They should be slightly warm but not hard.

Add the chopped tomato, onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, sweet paprika, spinach, and grilled chicken to the pita.

Top each stuffed pita with 1 ½ tsps. of cannabis oil. Keep in mind that serving size will vary depending on the dosage desired.

Serve while warm!
